North By Northeast at SXSW March 14 and 15, 2003 North by Northeast, Canada's top music festival and industry conference is making plans to head south once again to the sunny streets of Austin, Texas to spread the good Canadian musical word at the 17th annual South By Southwest Music and Media Conference, being held March 12-16, 2003.
